  5.    This is only an evaluation version of LAPLACE. I plan to make it
  6. SHAREWARE, when it reaches a reasonable state. For know LAPLACE is
  7. MAILWARE. This means that you should send me a short e-mail or a
  8. postcard, if you can't use the Internet.  This way I will know, whether
  9. there is a demand for my program and it does NOT mean anything like
  10. registrating to LAPLACE or like wise. If there should be a SHAREWARE
  11. version, you'll have to pay it (if you want ;-)

  13.    You are not allowed to take money for distributing LAPLACE, except
  14. for Urban Mueller and his AMINET CD-collection.

  16.    You may distribute LAPLACE only as the original archive
  17. (Laplace.lha), which can be found in the AMINET in
  18. misc/math/Laplace.lha.
  19.  
  20.    You are not allowed to distribute modified versions of LAPLACE.
  21. You may use modified version for your own, but I take absolutelly NO
  22. responsilibity for anything in this case (I even hard for ME to
  23. understand, what's happening inside of LAPLACE, so it's quite likely
  24. that you won't understand it at all ;-)

  26.    Use it on your own risk. If you plan to build a nuclear plant, I take
  27. absolutely NO responsibility for uncontrolled chain reaction caused by
  28. false calculations!!!

  34.    Dies ist noch eine Arbeitsversion von LAPLACE. Sobald es einen
  35. ekzeptablen Zustand erreicht, plane ich, es als SHAREWARE zu
  36. veröffentliche. Momentan is LAPLACE noch MAILWARE, daß heißt, Du
  37. sollst mir eine kurze e-Mail oder Postkarte (wenn Du keinen
  38. Internetzugang hast) schicken. Auf diese Weise erfahre ich dann, ob
  39. eine Nachfrage nach meinem Programm besteht. Dies hat aber nichts mit
  40. einer Registrierung oder ähnlich zu tun; sollte es einmal eine
  41. SHAREWARE Version geben, so mußt Du trotzdem dafür löhnen (wenn Du
  42. willst ;-)

  44.    Es ist nicht erlaubt, Geld für die Verbreitung von LAPLACE zu
  45. nehmen, mit Ausnahme von Urban Mueller und seiner AMINET CD-Sammlung.

  47.    LAPLACE darf nur im Orginalarchiv (Laplace.lha) vertrieben
  48. werden, das im AMINET, Verzeichnis misc/math/, zu finden ist.

  50.    Es ist nicht gestattet, modifizierte Version von LAPLACE in Umlauf
  51. zu bringen.  Du kannst eine veränderte Version für dich selbst
  52. benutzen, aber ich übernehme in diesem Falle keinerlei Verantwortung
  53. für irgentwas (selbst ich habe teilweise Schwierigkeiten zu verstehen,
  54. was in LAPLACE manchmal vor sich geht, warum sollte es bei Dir dann
  55. anders sein ;-)

  57.    Die Benutzung erfolg auf eigene Gefahr. Ich übernehme keine
  58. Verantwortung für nukleare Störfälle oder ähnliches, die durch
  59. falsche Ergebnisse von LAPLACE verursacht werden.
